Find an article or case study on a restaurant or other food service outlet that has responded to consumer demands for healthier options. Discuss the thought process that you think the owners or managers went through when deciding on these changes. Include thoughts on the social, financial (purchasing and pricing) and marketing implications of their decision making process.
