Discussion……Finally, you discussed (well stated) that the overall business of the court is to be reliable and fulfill their mission and core values. Yet, there are times when an expected outcome (or ruling) may not viewed as being fair or just (meaning being reliable and fulfilling their mission).
Question to answer
As a court member, what types of training would you recommend for helping court officials appropriately to voice a concern over an unfair judgment (please respond from a strategic planning perspective)?
