Increased publicized demandfor the government action also leads to the identification of various policy problems whichlater result in the implementation of the plan based on its effects.Agenda setting-The law enforcement divisions start by giving serious considerations onpolicies that affect the public or individuals negatively (Kania & Davis, 2011). This isdetermined by the detailed setting of agenda on all the sectors that are affected. The agendasetting about policy making involves the targeted population, effects, and effectiveness.Policy formulation-Policies are also made through formulation based on the politicalchannels by the policy planning institutions, state legislatures, interest groups, thegovernment bureaucracies, and the president assent to law.
