Find a health education brochure or other printed material from the Internet, a pharmacy, or a provider office. This material must have been written for the public and should include information about health conditions, causes, and methods of prevention and or treatment for the condition. Printed material can be found from well-known organizations such as the American Dietetic Association, American Heart Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Academy of Family Practice Physicians, etc.
Critique the printed health education material and write a letter to the company who produced the brochure, pointing out issues of accuracy, reading level, presentation, and how it influences the public.
