Good point on retention management having a good role in organization culture and political boundaries that surround change. The business world today must be well-organized and able to adapt to an environment of crossing political and cultural boundaries. As we probably have seen or been exposed to, boundaries between cultures are becoming vague. In a world of cultural diversity and crossing borders, acknowledging and adapting to differences for an organization is increasingly important, and will be a competitive advantage for the organization that adapts to such changes.
Can an organization achieve their organizational goals in different cultural situations? What about an employee? Why?
